"Veronica is GREAT. However, there was a day Veronica was out, so I opt to let Vicki give me a quote since she was not available that day. However, the quote was $40 off and she did not inform me that the insurance switch was made in the middle of a cycle which has truly upset my budget because I could not properly prepare my budget for a change like this. Long story short, speak directly with VERONICA. Vicki won't be that great of help she just wants to make a sale. UPDATE 06/02/25 I still LOVE being insured with Tammy White’s office. Today Brandi helped me out she was great!"

"I don’t do reviews very often but this had to be said. Called to get information about a policy change and was given information that was going to help. Fast forward a month and I was charged triple what I was told before. Called to ask when I found out about the information and 24 hours later and 5 extra phone calls was told I had to be charged twice for a youth driver and my insurance would be much higher then before. After that was asked if I wanted to move my home owners to them to get a discount. I was a loyal customer for close to 20 years, was told by my lawyer to switch because of the issues that he had with them in dealing with a car accident that we were not at fault in but I stayed because I’m a loyal person. That has now changed."

"I just changed my car insurance from a company I'd been with for 12 years. I got a quote from State Farm that seemed way too good to be true. I called them and they offered me the same exact coverage for more than $50 less then I was paying.
