My experience here has been unique compared to all insurance locations I’ve tried in the past, in a significantly good way. It’s usually so easy to sign up for something online, but you lose the personal relationships that truly make dealing with insurance questions/concerns significantly easier (plus not having to wait on the phone for an AI or general call agent).

This office provided guidance and clarity regardless of my question and even would be able to help figure out my problem with just a little guidance or information for me. "My situation is interesting. I called on behalf of my elderly father who is purchasing a house in FLORIDA. It seems, when the insurance agency here in Florida pulled up my dad's name, there was a claim in ARIZONA. A very LARGE wind damage claim. My elderly father had never visited Arizona, let alone own property there. Kristina Keney, an agent at this office went out of her way to help me. Ms. Keney showed immense kindness and empathy. I was floored by her customer service, especially considering my dad, nor I are are customers.
Turns out the ARIZONA claimant had the same name as my father, but with a different middle initial. Crazy, huh? I could not have figured this mystery out if it weren't for Ms. Keney's help.
Ms. Keney's care and attention to our weird request was beyond any customer service I've ever dealt with while working with an insurance company.
