"I left Geico after 10 years and them continually raising my rates for no reason which resulted me having to spend a hour or two on the phone every renewal cycle in which they would always apologize, tell me they didn’t know why it went up, but then would always say they would apply a discount to bring it down. I have yet to have to deal with that kind of stuff at State Farm. Rachel, my rep, is always quick to answer the phone (no more automated service that take hours to navigate), always super helpful, and regularly communicates ways to save even more money. Love it here."

"Called three different insurance companies to get quotes for auto insurance today. Spoke with Rachel - she has been most helpful and patient with me going back-and-forth with the different types of coverages. Her quote came in almost $300 cheaper than the other two companies so I would definitely recommend her! She was both professional and personable as we spoke a bit about family also - which I can tell you, not many ppl would take the time to do that anymore these days! "I worked with Monica A. And she saved me $75/month on my auto insurance even though I just got a brand new car and my old insurance company was going to raise my rate.
