"Tammy White is my State Farm agent. I needed some question answered about my late father’s home insurance policy with State Farm. His local agent was inexperienced with the issue I needed help with and after 2 days of calls, could not adequately answer my question. So I contacted my agent, Tammy White. Within one hour, Kristina Keney was able to not only answer my question, but email and verbally give me detailed instructions on how to request the change I needed to my dad’s policy including the exact wording I needed to use. The customer service was excellent!"
