"My stars for this office went from 5 to 1 to 5 to 1 and are now back to 5. Everyone here is very kind, polite, and professional, and respond very quickly. All aspects of the customer service are phenomenal. One bad experience made me go down to 1 star; upon getting a new car, an agent described that my coverage was extended for 30 days on my old car as a courtesy while I sell it. But the MVD believed my old car's insurance was cancelled, which suspended my registration and made me unable to get a registration refund. Initially I believed this was this office's mistake, but after multiple calls and emails, it turns out it was the MVD system not being easily capable of understanding policy coverage over two cars at once. Like many government systems, it wasn't very flexible. Tammy helped me through this complicated mess like a star, and that's why they deserve 5 stars. They're a stellar group of people always doing everything they can for you. Another issue, having nothing to do with this office, the Drive Safe and Safe program is misleading. It's marketed that you can get a 10-30% discount on your policy from good driving. But virtually none of your driving habits actually affect the discount. It's almost exclusively (>90%) based on mileage."
